(To cease the use of Public Safety 4940-4990 Mhz and call sign WRFY709 in support of the establishment of a City-wide communications network for EPWATER's sole use)

SUMMARY:

El Paso Independent School District and El Paso Water Utility Public Service Board desire to enter into this Interlocal Agreement for the purpose of transferring to each party the currently-owned radio equipment in consideration of EPISD ceasing the use of Public Safety 4940-4990 Mhz and and Call sign WRFY709.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION/MOTION:

It is recommended that the Board approve the Interlocal Agreement for EPISD/EPWATER Radio Frequency between El Paso Water Utility Public Service Board and the El Paso Independent School District, as presented.
