SUMMARY:

The Board of Trustees participated in seven Team of 8 Training Sessions during the months of February through May 2022. These sessions were facilitated by Ms. Esperanza Orosco with the Texas Association of School Boards and by Dr. Cathy Mincberg with the Center for Reform of School Systems. As part of the training and discussion, the Board developed a Mission and Vision Statement, as well as Core Beliefs for the District.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION/MOTION:

It is recommended that the Board adopt the Mission and Vision Statements as well as the Core Beliefs for the District, as presented.
