The District requested proposals from qualified companies interested in providing Architectural/Engineering Professional Services for Projects, RFQ #21-009, Project No. 21.758, for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew three (3) one-year periods, at the discretion of the District.
Qualification statements were received from thirty-eight (38) consulting firms on February 17, 2021. Administration is recommending that the thirty-seven (37) firms be considered for projects that may arise during the next two (2) fiscal years. As services are needed, the attached list of firms will be pooled for the disciplines/services indicated on their statement of qualifications, and the best qualified firm will be selected by a committee of Facilities & Construction staff, this process will be monitored by EPISD Procurement Department. Administration will negotiate with the selected firm(s) for contract professional services less than $100,000.00. All professional services $100,000.00 or more will be presented to the Board for approval. |
